Custom Work Policy

We love bringing your ideas to life! Please read our custom order policy before placing your order:

Payments & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required upfront for custom orders. Once design work begins and/or supplies have been ordered, this payment is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel after supplies have been ordered and/or production has started, your payment will not be refunded.

Turnaround Time

We'll provide an estimated completion date for your order. Please note: supplier delays, shipping issues, or other factors outside of our control may affect timing. So, it is in your best interest to submit your order asap.

Revisions

Custom designs include up to 3 free revisions. Extra changes beyond this may include an additional fee.

Ownership of Designs & Logos

  • All artwork, logos, and design files created by Kingdom's Vessel LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You are purchasing the finished apparel/product, not the rights to the artwork itself.
  • A license is granted for use of the logo/design only as intended (on purchased products, or for your personal/business use if a logo was created).
  • You may not reproduce or resell the design elsewhere without written permission.
  • If you'd like to fully own the design for your own use (such as business branding or resale), please ask us about a design buyout option.

Printing Services (Apparel & Beyond)

  • Apparel: Customers own the physical garments once paid in full, but the designs printed remain the property of Kingdom's Vessel LLC unless rights are purchased.
  • Other products: For items such as mugs, hats, tote bags, labels, business cards, etc., the same policy applies; you own the physical product, we own the design/artwork.

Copyright & Trademarks

If you provide images, logos, or text, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them. We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without proof of authorization.

Sharing Our Work

We may feature photos of completed designs on our website, social media, or portfolio. If you prefer we do not share your order, please let us know in writing.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By placing a custom order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
